The 50 acres of vineyards, arranged in terraces, at an altitude of 350-450 meters above the sea. The soil is argylodi.

The crop is organic without the use of pesticides, resulting in low production of high quality grapes.

The harvest is the end of August and it is done exclusivelly by hands.
