After twelve months maturation in our barrels, we offer a unique wine with a ruby color and aroma rich in red fruits and spices. Its plethoric character is complemented by a velvet flavor and long aftertaste. Best enjoyed at 16–18 °C with cheeses or hearty red dishes from Mediterranean cuisine.

A special wine, whose production remains unchanged since antiquity. Fermented and matured in clay containers with wild yeast. The clay allows micro-oxygenation and protects the fruity character of the wine, strengthening its mineral and earthly elements.
Noble tannins, balanced acidity, complex, filled with aroma of mature citrus fruits. It accompanies oily fish and matured cheese at 8-10o C.

Melisanty
An outstanding sweet wine made from the local variety Fokiano, using the ancient art of exposing grapes to the sun and maturation for 24 months in old oak barrels. Its honey color is dominated by aromas of sweet caramel, raisins, nuts, dry figs and honey enhancing its sweet flavor. Enjoy at 12-14o C accompanied by chocolate sweets or red fruit tarts.
